Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or actively working towards completion or equivalent experience

  • At least 1 year of full time work experience 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others both written and orally

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a large complex organization with the ability to work both independently and as a contributing member of a team

  • Ability to comprehend policies and procedures and guide students 

  • Ability to analyze information and problem solve

  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal errors

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Ability to respond to requests with a professional and positive demeanor; the desire to create a positive and enthusiastic environment within DSA

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior fiscal experience at an academic institution

  • 1-3 years of previous full time work experience involving purchasing, inventory control, and policy management

  • Proven ability to quickly develop productive relationships with key campus stakeholders and vendors

  • Working knowledge of State and/or university procurement policies

Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000
