Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or actively working towards completion or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of full time work experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with others both written and orally
Excellent customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a large complex organization with the ability to work both independently and as a contributing member of a team
Ability to comprehend policies and procedures and guide students
Ability to analyze information and problem solve
Ability to be highly productive with minimal errors
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Ability to respond to requests with a professional and positive demeanor; the desire to create a positive and enthusiastic environment within DSA
Preferred Qualifications
Prior fiscal experience at an academic institution
1-3 years of previous full time work experience involving purchasing, inventory control, and policy management
Proven ability to quickly develop productive relationships with key campus stakeholders and vendors
Working knowledge of State and/or university procurement policies
Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000
