VCUarts Qatar is seeking an adjunct instructor for the Fall 2026 semester within the Painting & Printmaking program to teach the following course:

Course: PAPR 491 Q01 – Topics: Speaker Series FANOON

The course explores contemporary art through direct engagement with leading artists, curators, and cultural practitioners from Qatar, the region, and beyond. Between guest visits, class sessions will focus on contemporary artistic practice, exhibition-making, institutional critique, and the role of artists within broader social and cultural contexts.

The course culminates in the collaborative production of a publication documenting and reflecting on the semester’s discussions, encounters, and research.
